I currently haveAV amp, 2 channel amp (av bypass), subwoofer and blu-ray player connected to one powerbar, I am going to connect a 5 channel amp to the powerbar as well. My question is,when I am watching movie I will need to open all 3 amp in order to drive all speakers, will this overload the power socket or powerbar ??? will it damage my av equipment??
info
Onkyo 805 (connected)
Roksan K2 int amp (connected)
Emotiva 5 ch amp (already order on it's way to me)
Thx,
Alex You can try this:
Find out the power of all the equipments, and add them up.
Then devided it by 220V, e.9. 1600W/220V = 7.3A < 13 A
Assume your power bar can carry a current of 13 A, then the above example is okay. 回復 2# JamesK
Thx, I will try try
