I would also suggest you to get a pair of 24' / 28" speaker stands for your BS244 and put them apart as far as you can. In your case, the left channel can be located in front of your sufwoofer. For your information, my left and right front speakers are blocking one third of the doors of my bedrooms. Sometimes, we have to sacrifice. Please correct me if I am wrong.
