they are the same cable , as divineaudio said "The QED Reference HDMI cable has been recently re-evaluated and has been reclassified from HDMI 1.3 spec, to the High Speed 1.4 standard.
This means this already fantastic cable is future proof, and will handle 3D signals, and resolutions up to 4k x 2k."
