Any suggestion for front spk, sur spk, ctr spk + sub

Hi c hing,
I'm the new comer and the beginner for audio system. It is my first notice placed here. I hv amp Pioneer vsx 1020 and BD player is pioneer lx53. I'm using 5.1 spk from old onkyo audio system set (http://www.onkyo.com.hk/main/show_detail.php?id=71&cat=liver_av). So i plan to buy the followings. Pls feel free to give me the advice.

Front spk ($7k-15k) floorstand -- actually i take a look Energy CF-30. any comment on this brand and this model, also want to hear any suggestion for other brands e.g. kef, b&w, quad, fm lab and tannoy....etc.
sur spk + ctr spk ($5k-8k) -- i take a look Mordaunti-short and quad. also want to hear any comment and suggestion
subwoofer ($3k-7k) -- i'm looking for 8-10". I don't like very very heavy bass but like solid when watching the movie. I take a look Mordaunti-short aviano 5, MK and energy. My friend said Energy is good. Again, pls feel free to give me some advice.

By the way, i'm 50% for av and 50% for audio. My area is abt 100 sq.ft.
