小第最近想買一生第一套音響 ,上星期去到友成個度D AV舖,
真係太多選擇, 比D SALE 搞到我都唔 ...

If you don't have blu-ray player it should be OK, since It's quite hard to buy 2 machines better than OPPO83SE for both sound and video around 7K.

but 7K really hard lei. let say you use 2K buy BD player, video parts must not as good as 83SE, and you use 5K to buy a SACD player, sound also may not as good as 83SE, for SACD palyer, marantz 8004 is coming soon but it can't buy at 5K.{:6_183:}

Why do you think that CDP is better than computer + DAC ?
CDP + amp will be better than computer + DAC for new hand.

I said for new hand buy CD player better because CAS is not easy to play{:6_150:} , different computer will affect sound quality very much since computer noise. Be simple, buy CD Player Better.
Using notebook with DC and SSD already offers a simple and clean system.
I spent about 4K in buying a 2nd hand netbook + usb coaxial converter + DAC,
and I think it certainly beats a CD player in same price range.
However, I just an uncertainty on if using a coaxial converter will introduce extra complexity to the sytem
Personally I don't like CD player because I think there is aging problem with both the laser head and disc,
and CAS provides more flexibilities in upgrading.
I said for new hand buy CD player better because CAS is not easy to play , different ...
