After going through the Ki-Pearl website, I found out that they have no balanced inputs, which make them less appealing to Lux 505u.

It's depend on which speaker you are using and what music you like, If B&W CM series, and like listen Jazz and female vocal, I will recommend KI Pearl. If you want more powerful speaker pushing ability, then luxman should be better. but most important should be which sound you like after trial.
