I am currently using 1582 to push cm7, i would say the outcome is more into the musical side instead of harsh/rough/fast sound

I didn't have the pre 1580, only had the 1582 power amp.
1582 is around 12k
1580 is approx. this range 11-13k, I forgot~ :P
