ICE power and transformer for Rotel power amplier

Rotel is on sales for old model 7 channel power amplier 100W*7 which is ICE power. The new model on ROTEL are now with transformer. Any ching know the different between ICE power and transformer. Which one is better on perfermance of power amplier.
