16.You are required to register FaceTime before you can use video calling. For every registration attempt, you will be charged a registration fee of $3 (within Hong Kong) / $4 (whilst roaming). Your iPhone 4 will automatically attempt to register Facetime under the following conditions (including but not limited to): (a) a registration request is unsuccessful;
(b) after the FaceTime button is switched “ON” (if ever switched “OFF”);
(c) after your iPhone 4 is wiped or restored;
(d) after the SIM Card has been swapped;
(e) if your iPhone 4 cannot successfully connect to the registration server over an extended period of time; or

CSL/One2Free：Apple 是會要求用家傳送短訊開啟 FaceTime 服務的，客戶需要在啟用此服務時支付傳送短訊的費用。而 CSL 1010/One2Free 亦會密切留意市場反應。
SmarTone-Vodafone：我們不會就 FaceTime 服務收取用家任何費用！至於是否豁免了有關費用，我們不方便回應。
3HK：的確有這回事，Apple 是會要求用家傳送短訊開啟此服務的，不過如果是 3HK 的 iPhone 客戶，如果在香港啟動 FaceTime 服務，我們是會無限次豁免有關短訊收費；但如果在外國啟動，那就沒有辦法需要按漫遊短訊收費收取費用了。
