1. As you mentioned before, make sure Black is connected to (L) and White to (N) of the IEC.
2. Make sure the wires are connected to the plugs properly.

1. 用BS 13Amp插，軟線線頭加線耳然後鉗緊就最好，上錫就是另類方法，否則螺絲可能令線鬆散，減低接觸面 ...

線耳可以往SSP華輝或新填地街電器舖，依照電線尺寸購買，但還要購買專用鉗。
一兩條PC還是把它上錫較花算。
