One more thing about transportation. It is recommended to use office address as destination for transportation. There are two reasons:
1. Most 快遞 charge extra fee ($20 HKD) for residential area
2. Some 快遞 don't send to non-commercial area.
Besides sending the package to your home or your office, you can also send the package to MTR station. Try to append the word ("或可於XX港鐵站交收") after your address. If 快遞 can't send the package to your desire destination, he may still call you can meet you in MTR station.

Yes, this is a must. And you need to type chinese word because most of them can't read (Hong Kong) English. Again, for some sensitive items (item which claims certain foreign brand name) or large items, you must ask the seller to double confirm with 快遞 to ensure they can pass the item to HK.
