Pioneer 500A with AV Amp

Any advantage if buying pioneer AV Amp for my Kuro 500A?If not, I'll consider to buy other brand of AV Amp.

When I turn on my TV with amp....
the sound will automatically switch to amp...
some other functions such as turn on or off TV with amp....but I think it is not really useful.......

Honestly...... more for a black suit only, thought you should make your choice base on the amp's character match with your sound preference first.
