got from cable shop in uk via internet called hificables
not sure if it is the cheapest, but delivery is quite quick

I am not a builder myself, but I believe this is the method for sound proofing
if done well quite efficient from what I was told
I will need to see when moved in whether also need to sort sound absorption..
