OIC, thanks for the info. as mine is plasma tv. The service of panxx is very good. I bought a 50' plasma (without HD tuner) for my father & mom and it is very convenience for them to dial in and call for service. In fact, it's external HD tuner issue not the tv. And most important, panxx has in-house technician to handle cases and not like others whom have out source the repair services.
