希望可以盡快啦!! 因近日發覺燒咗粒藍燈仔, 原本無傷大雅就唔理佢, 但見佢0的服務"咁好", 點都唔肯過佢!!!見細微細眼就費事勞煩小瑟兄, 但冇張 WARRANTY驚佢識我老鼠.

Hello Arthur,

    First of all thank you for being an Emotiva customer. On the XPA-5 that is having the channels go into protect mode, what type of RCA cables are you using? Our amplifiers are very sensitive to noise being induced through interconnects and will shut down if a great deal of noise is being picked up. We recommend using very well shielded RCA cables to avoid these problems. Try using a different set of RCA cables and see if that solves the problem you are having. Let me know what you are able to find so we can make sure you are taken care of. I hope this helps and please let me know if you have any other questions.

4位師兄係咪都係用Emotiva線的呢??? 佢地依家就話可能係線既問題, 所以我就想知大家係用緊咩 RCA線, 除左係用返新買既 Emotiva RCA之外, 有冇試過換其他線試試呢???? 我等大家覆完我之後我就覆返佢.
