Hi, I just ordered a iMac 21.5" cheapest version. I have not been using mac OS before and I have a few questions:1. Can I install XP in case I need to run some Windows only application? What software do I need?
2. How to view and edit photos in mac? I use Picassa in WinXP before for simple photo edit/view/upload.
3. How to play video files in Mac? (RMVB, mp4, AVI, etc). Anything like k-lite?

Yes.The software is called Bootcamp and it comes free with your Apple OS.You can set aside a portion of your harddisk to install Windows XP.There is a Bootcamp Assistance icon inside the Utility Folder.

Apple comes with iPhoto.Alternatively, you can still stick to Picassa in the WinXP partition.
