Free of charge, but you need to bring it yourself to repair centre as the people in repair centre said because sr-7002 is about the first generation amp which support hd bitstream but also the problem is at that time not many bd player can output bitstream hd source so it will have some compatible issue. Also after firmware upgrade, the sr-7002 will work much better than before, for example: it can show the correct format of file type that you sre playing at the moment unlike as before always show "AUTO" only, so you will suspect if it's working properly.{:1_351:}

yes, you are right but as i said it have some "compatible issue", i am using slim ps3 as the player and my friend using Philips bd player, i do have the problem but he don't{:1_334:}
