VSX 1019 GUI Setup Problem

Dear chings,

I am a newbie and just got a VSX 1019 as my first av amp. I got some problems in setting up and hope chings can help.

I can't get the Pioneer GUI screen shown on TV, tried read through menu and search through internet but doesn't helps.....

My setup as follows:

HDMI from AMP to TV HDMI2, BD player to AMP through HDMI

I get to Source HDMI2 on TV and press the Home Menu button on AMP remote button but no menu comes up.
Read through some forums, I also tried to connect with yellow video cable from AMP out to TV in, but still the same. TV always shows No Video Signal.

Since a BD player already connected, if I turn the player on, it can display without problem in HDMI2.
My TV is Philips 9664

Any thing I missed out, Hope chings can give some kind advise.

Press "RECEIVER" then press "HOME MENU"

師兄可能未開Video嘅功能。
試下先按１，再按2，然後按左右箭嘴選擇開啟這功能.......
再選擇你要嘅setting。
