My problem is not on the tool, but technique. Simple tools such as cutter, plier, and screw driver will be good enough. However, I don't know how to untwist the shield (to connect to the socket side) in the very first beginning and make me spend some time to solve it. Next time will be fine. {:6_122:}

Just perform an A/B test with the new power cord compared to the original one come along with TV Panasonic 42G10. Testing with Avatar Blu-Ray. The image is sharper. The color is deeper. More details can be observed. Even my boss can tell the difference. It is really amazing with the new power cord.
