I used to not be in much of a favor of the first Election film and preferred the sequel more.But now that I gave both films a rewatch on Netflix recently, I may have to reconsider.

The Election films are among the few Johnnie To movies that I am okay with. And I realise that all my favourite Milkyway Image movies, aren’t directed by Johnnie To.
