我個人絕對唔係佢既 fans ... 但事實呢個問題就唔係三叔獨有既情況。現在家電子產品既 Cycle 都唔知點解短左咁多，所以各大廠商只求快、外觀靚就算，質素真係一代不如一代。

Perhaps, during this cyber age, we have to accept this kind of situation
as side-product of technology advancement but I think "profit comes first
mind-set" is the attitude of most enterprises nowadays.
After-sales services can help only if they are serious in doing it whole-heartedly !
There are still some of them but not many.
