Astray Operation Manual - obtained after finishing the quest "Pirate Star: Astray," which can be purchased by Mariner Rosa on Blackfang's den to purchase 300,000x Pirate coins.
Certificate of Pirate is awarded to players for reaching Reputation Level 3 (8 days) by repeating the Daily Quest "Pest Control," which is connected in Blackfang's Dragon.
