<b>中學冇朋友</b><p style="line-height: 37px; text-indent: nullem; text-align: left;"><font color="rgb(70, 70, 70)"><font face="""><font style="font-size: 20px">姜濤讀小學期間，因為經常食漢堡包而變成肥仔，到升中後體重更飆升至200磅，小學及中學階段均被人以「死肥仔」揶揄，中學時更因為太肥搞到在學校爆褲鈕，而被同學恥笑足半年，在沒自信跟被同學排擠和欺凌下，姜濤最終選擇退學，由於在整個中學生涯都識唔到朋友，所以姜濤最終連DSE都冇報考。而姜濤曾經講過，20歲前都未開過生日會，就算有亦找不到邀請對象。</font></font></font></p><b>為夢想堅持減肥</b><p style="line-height: 37px; text-indent: nullem; text-align: left;"><font color="rgb(70, 70, 70)"><font face="""><font style="font-size: 20px">學生時期受盡恥笑的姜濤，最終因為遇到女神而立定決心減肥，更修讀運動教練的課程。其後成功怒減60磅，惟當時140磅的姜濤雖然追唔到女神，但就選擇去追夢。為了夢想，因打波搞到斷膝蓋韌帶的情況下，姜濤仍堅持做運動減磅。2017年他就參加大陸舉辦的真人騷《快樂男聲2017》，更成為港澳台區選拔賽的代表之一，但最終30強止步。翌年，姜濤轉戰ViuTV《全民造星》，雖然進入10強後，姜濤與其他參賽者去美國特訓時，英文被網民評為眾人「最差」，但就無阻他過關斬將，最終「由頭帶到尾」<font color="rgb(25, 152, 221)"><a href="https://hk.appledaily.com/entertainment/20181014/3UR7GGSF7VYMX6K6334EH2TNCE/" target="_blank">以大熱姿態奪冠</a></font>，正式令姜濤走上「萬人迷」之路。</font></font></font></p><font color="rgb(70, 70, 70)"><font face="""><font style="font-size: 20px">
