Well, you are going to be very happy to read the following.
According to Blu-Ray.com, "The Pacific" will be released in both DVD and Blu Ray on June 15, just month after it aired on HBO.

啱啱睇左第一集, 暫時冇Band of Brothers 咁吸引到我, overall 只可以話ok, 不過話哂有Spielberg 同Tom Hanks 做監制, 差極都有個譜, 睇下下一集會點 HBO已證實DVD/BD唔會喺六月十五日上架！！！
Update on the release date:
"The misinformation about the HBO miniseries, The Pacific being released on Father's Day is incorrect. HBO Home Entertainment has not yet announced an exact DVD release date for The Pacific, however, the miniseries will not be available on DVD any earlier than the second half of the year." 我睇左第一集,都OK喎
