i-phone register

my friend bought i-phone from SMV and she doesn't know how to use....then, one of her friend help her but register her i-phone on her friend's computer....(actually, don't know it called help or not)

Can i-phone work for the other computer if doing another register ?
May I know how to fix it ?

用自己電腦o既itunes揀itunes store, o係香港區開account(一定要入credit card, 但唔代表你買o野), restore部機sync返一次, 應該就可以
