macau ching - mtv question

dear macau ching,

my father bought mtv3600d at hk last night, i test with him at my home (hk), all no problem.
than he bring mtv to his macau home, but only can find old 4 channel + macau channel.jade hd, tvb news channel, j2 and all atv hd channel is missing!!!{:6_126:}
because mtv also can buy at macau, so is that differ with hk mtv?
and can solve problem?
