由於地方所限..我由 day 1 已經只玩 5.1......
1900就5.1+Presence speaker 已經係 Yamaha 3D DSP 格局...呢個係 Yamaha 既賣點....
我亦係通利毒氣室聽個好多次....當然都正啦....
但對我個人o黎講...我最後揀o左 ...

我只聽流行曲...
- 只行 PURE DIRECT = 人聲會有小許檬
- 行 PURE DIRECT + PQLS = 人聲會清析咗, 實 d

我第一次用pioneer既amp想問72應該係個搖控邊到去轉dts果d音效制式
重有好多野都未識set添,,哈哈

Kuro link uses digital HDMI.Perhaps just 'direct' mode is more appropriate for digital input to reduce jitter.
In P.62 of the manual, 'pure direct' is used for 'ANALOG' sources are heard without any digital processing' and so will not activate some important functions such as 'full band phase control' P.65 and 'hi-bit/hi-sampling'
I guess from words the later is perhaps something similar to the 'sampling rate converter' in case LX82 in P.85 but I am not sure.

Just ordered the 72 today n they will deliver next Tuesday.
Upgrade from Onkyo 805 n hope it will be an upgrade in sound n not downgrade.
Since I will using both HDMI out for projector n plasma, anybody experience problem in HDMI switching n handshake.
If one is using 5.1 instead of 7.1, will it reinforce the extra 2 channel's power into the 5.1.
