佢話今次特別幫我回收, 但要用一個特別方法去做............
佢幫我落ORDER訂過另一套新碟, 我收到新碟之後就立即做退貨手續; 我退貨時, 就將舊碟 SEND 俾佢 ...

咁咪好囉，如果你係第二度訂真係未必有咁好服務！呢位師兄下次唔好啦，係咪都拆左先，有時佢俾隻二手你又夠死啦！我就試過一次收到隻二手碟！馬上就辦退貨，send email小佢都費事！

I also have a good experience in Amazon UK!
I found out a blu-ray having a playback problem last week (purchased in April 2009)
I sent e-mail to Amazon and they also gave full refund to me!
but really surprising to have empty box...
never thought of it before ~_~
luckily i didn't encounter such thing in my previous amazon trading...
