Pioneer LX 89 cannot turn on !

After moved to new apartment and reconnect all the wires, the Pioneer LX 89 cannot be turned on!
Any C Hing knows hot fix it ?

When pressing the on/off button, it showed second of blue light and then off. Even disconnect all the wires and it didn't change

I have tried to press the ENTER and POWER button but nothing happened

去唔到Standby 做唔到reset.拔电插电數次，按開關五秒以上。唔得就準備入廠。
