the yelling sound of mid and tremble with distortion and the uncontrolled bass energy from DAP N8 scared me and I did't want to hurt my ear, and honestly I was not able to tolerate such feeling for over 30s ...... I am sorry about that.{:8_386:}
you will not able to find a replacement if you love it,, or go for SR15 which provides a traditional sound characteristic.
Update: if talking cm n8 with sr15, sr15 is really not the best with n8. I totally agree with your opinion.

你意思係你唔鍾意N8嘅聲, 因高中頻叫; 如果喜N8聲, 現今無入耳機可代替它, 是嗎?

已入了 SE100, 朋友被感染了, 亦同時購入一台。
會換購 ripper 及 moov.
P.S.
提外話, 試了 sp1000m 口味不太合識, sp1000 cu 就滿意一點, 但差價亦不少了, 省着玩吧... solaris 夾 SE100 / SP1000 cu 亦有好表現。不知 solaris vs Faudio major 那個好玩?
