Alright Fella! I finally figured it out and I hope you have too, but if not here is how you get your PS4 to send DTS-HD MA to your AVR.
Step 1. Start the movie!
Step 2. Right after you hit Play on the movies menu and it starts, hit the Option button on your PS4 remote.
Step 3. Go to settings!
Step 4. Down to Audio Format!
Step 5. Select Bitstream(Direct)
Step 6. Celebrate!
After dicking with this crap for 4 hours I finally found the setting that changes it. I hope you've already found the setting man, but if not here it is!
