According to btmagic ching, the Toshiba XDE dvd player wins Oppo83 obviously. If Oppo83 can upscale dvd to 70% blu-ray resolution, then Toshiba XDE must be able to turn dvd into 90%-100% bly-ray. That's what I assume.
Anyway, I will invite one of post76 member to witness the battle of Oppo83 and PS3 in my place. I will also invite one of my friend who's got Toshiba XDE dvd player to join the battle as well. I'm desperately to find out the truth.I will let you know the result as well as the post76 member's comment.

I don't think Toshiba XDE can win Oppo83 for more than 20%.... Also I don't think any DVD player can reproduce DVD to 100% blu-ray quality...{:6_201:}
