LX82 Question - Need help from LX82 Owners

Dear All,

I have located the below problem recently and would like to ask if any LX82 owner get the same problem as well:

Audio Source - DD True HD 7.1 Bitstrem
Software - Red Cliff 1, 2.. 南京、南京

Issue - LX82 shows the input source is 5.1 channel from the front panel, need to decode the source from BD player to PCM and the front panel will show PCM 7.1 channel.. no problem with other HD audio sources.

BD Player Tested: BDP-LX52, CA 650BD, PS3 Slim

- I aslo tested the LX82 from Radio Unison and the same problem occurred as well.
- Called Pioneer HK and they only provide standard answer (the software doesn't have 7.1, the setting is incorrect) which could not help to slove this issue...

i am a LX82 user, i have not watch the movie you mentioned above.

by the way, what region your Blu-Ray disc belong? region A?

I used LX-90 to test the Blu-ray that you mentioned, the 7.1 signal lamps are all ON (all LPCM, Dobly True HD, and DTS-MA), even my speaker system are 5.1.
If your setting on the Blu-ray player are correct, I think you need to contact Pioneer CS to check your decoder!
