另外去了星x行...p記showroom.....嘩....你估唔到個倉全都係維修返來...多到(實話實說)
I share the exactly the same feeling for most above threads.
My Philips dvd players (dvp 7400s) bought 2years ago at $1600(which was not cheap at that time for dvd player).It broke down just right after warranty expired in the 13th month and Customer Service had difficulties in answering only inspection fee by transferring me several times between their internal depts.R & D may be good but questionable product quality and extremely worse customer service - no more Pxlips !
For energy light bulb, it is very durable but not very energy saving as I find out today from newspaper it is rated only 3rd grade while other brand rated 1st grade and less expensive.

呢個case如果唔知以為"矮"故....里買電視送"矮"...
我家有一部42吋LCD and一部15LCD and一部7300 dvd，用了大約４年多都ok喎，由其部dvd，不知幾想佢壞，因為會有籍口比我換BDP嘛！
我部Philips17"LCD mon 用左3年都冇壞過1{:6_188:}
其實電器真係好撞彩數....每個廠都會有QC 問題...睇在百分率有幾多而已...
若要生活好....遠離x利浦
我部 philips mini hifi 買左兩年用過幾次, 近排用番, 有一日一開就讀唔到碟,咁都算, 仲食左我隻正版 CD, 攪到我自已要拆散佢拎番隻碟出黎.... 不過估佢唔到個 mini hifi 個書架喇叭幾好聲, 拍得住兩三千蚊既書架... (成部 minihifi 連 dvd player 都係二千蚊)
我舊屋部 42" philips lcd 唔夠兩個月就要叫上整, 我話若要生話好請用 X 利浦就真, 幾個月就有新機玩, 咪話唔過引 :P
