No....according to the back side of the cover, the only subtitles are English, French, English SDH, Hindi.
但係尋日隻碟真係唔係太似老番,個fd帶過黎開場
字幕都係正式選單到選
因為唔係自己買,所以我都唔敢講係乜野版

I haven't test the disc yet, so I don't really know if there's hidden Chinese substitles or not.But according to the disc info at the back of the cover, there's no Chinese substitles.
