i bought A10 on January. Before it, i used Himedia starting from 300B . My last one was 600B. Himedia overall is ok but the response is getting slow, can't display subtitle.... Before switching to A10, i try to compare Himedia H10 and Kaiober Q20+. Finally, i choose A10 because of cost, bluray menu support, better design i.e. front side to add/remove HD, silent fan, better look and feel i.e. very subjective
Using it for a couple of months, so far the device is good. i saved all movie to 6TB HD and only play the Hi-Res song from NAS. i've no problem to play all ISO, BDMV, MKV, MP4, Flac, MP3...., support external subtitle, dolby atmos, DTS:X, 4K... Even though i'm still using Panasonic Plasma, the quality is good. Recently also purchased external 5.25 SATA case to plug in another HD - https://world.taobao.com/item/534317406173.htm?spm=a312a.7700714.0.0.t2us67#detail
However, the device is not prefect. It can't find all movies from my HD and some of them have been mis-identified. Up to this moment, i can't still use Kaiober HDMI T series and Krodz cable to play some concerts and 3D movies with this device but no problem on a cheap HDMI cable. Their firmware has simplified chinese and english version. If u want your movie wall displayed as English, u need to use english firmware or vice versa.
For those brothers, if you have an interest to purchase, u may leave a message in their support forum - http://en.egreatworld.com/comunity/index.php?forums/a10-enthusiast-4k-hdr-blu-ray-hdd-media-player.15/. they don't have traditional chinese, only simplified chinese and english for the forum. Egreat's team is quite responsive, i think they will contact u.

其實佢個海報牆功能有待改進, 最大問題真係好似CHING 所講, 有D 片係SHOW 唔到出黎,
所以現階段我唔用佢個海報牆去揀戲, 用返最普通的揀檔案方式, 其實就算OPPO 都一樣冇MOVIEWALL, MOVIEWALL 只係一個BONUS
希望黎緊佢地話會出海報牆2.0 系統可以有大轉變
