恭喜c-hing打算升級!
我剛剛由av-amp轉640a夾12L2, 同樓主現有器材一樣, 暫時都好滿意, 不過唔知幾時好似樓主o甘主考慮升級呢?

why u add MD 10 (DAC) to yr system ? yr cdp is also so good ?
我最近換了一部Arcam A32, 試机时用naim cd 5x, 推jmr offrande, 好自然, 好舒服.cd 及 speaker 都是好野呢, 心大心细買咗返去唔知有冇咁正, 最後更係比錢.
好彩同我屋企啲平野都好夾, 我覺得Arcam FMJ series幾有音樂感, 聽rock都爆得吥, 我都好驚D英國amp 太慢聲, 幾满意.
ching, A32大約咩價位? 有冇同a18比較過?分別大嗎?
A32 是old model flatship, 100wx2, new model 是 A38. a18 is new model, I haven't heard a18, I suppose their different mainly of power output.

i don't know what av bypass exactly is . but i ve read the user manual, the new arcam int amps have processor mode that once set the av input gain , the amp can be used as a power amp for the av receiver . so u just have to feed the av front preout in to the av input , switch the input source to AV and switch the mode in to Proc Mode when u are going to watch a movie or play games . is this a av bypass function ?i am deciding to buy the a38 to drive my front speakers and also the c17 or c37 cd player . i love the sound of arcam after i ve heard them .

我自己quad+audiolab 其實我都覺得厚聲...不過我唔理佢咁解...
arcam 唔算好厚聲既amp...
