Marantz should be better for classical/instruments... Jazz & Pop I can say Onkyo should be more or less the same....
But for movie part (including concert blu ray), I guess Onkyo will be better....
And it depends on what speakers you are choosing.... so 有d拆 maybe it is the speakers problem...
Yau Shing Bldg or Tak Fat basement are available for testing wow....

如果用607聽mp3, 是不是要加docking(去那裏買?),ching 有沒有suggestion 邊隻speaker 比較好. tak fat basement 係邊度??? thanks!

I prefer buying a DAC, can either connect your PC for mp3 or playing CD in your DVDP/BDP, just few hundreds if buy in China. You can search MOCHA DAC here....
Tak Fat basement is in Mong Kok, do u know Hong Wing Book shop? it is just the opposite side...

I ALREADY Going there 3 times, but the sales seems don't like I ask too much and test, CAN I asking them to test before I confirm to buy.
薄個部marantz，睇過書介紹，好唔夠力喎，建議買marantz SR6004，佢有得直接connect iPod，我宜家用onkyo，用PS slim wirless ly去播itunes嘅歌，但好多都歌因為用左Apple獨有格式（Apple Lossless)，play唔到。佢個dock香港又冇得賣，有啲煩
SR6004 la. Chings reported to be better than 707 for music & similar results for movies.
以你現時既budget要倆邊都討好會有點困難, 有冇唸過集中一方面先呢?
睇戲: onkyo 607 < ok! 建議餘下既資源集中在中置, 超低音
聽歌: 先選定喇叭, 後功放..
