I don't see any option to choose rather trade in or full pay.

you put in the correct information, then you will be redirected to a page with the trade-in price.
then buy it exactly the same way as normal purchase, and put in the discount code eventually while checking out.

make sure you enter the correct serial number, it is cap sensitive, ie, U and u are different.
the fine print of the cyber monday discount says it does not apply to upgrade though.
