I have sent complain email to LG Hong Kong. (https://www.lg.com/hk/support/contact/chat-email/email) More complain is welcome to show our concern. I just sent them an email also. I hope they will update the HK machines soon ..

LG replied quite fast:
Thank you for enquiry. For our information, the new firmware of HDR Game Mode is coming soon. We suggest you try to check the update after 2-3weeks.
