Caching
For a secure ripper to work correctly the cache must be invalidated, this is normally done by reading an area larger than the drives cache, by default CD ripper sets a 1024KB cache. The cache can be detected (it is likely to be much much smaller than the default value). Detecting cache size is quite difficult, it is recommended that 3 or 4 different unscratched CDs are used to detect the value. A 'no brainer' and safe option is to leave the cache as 1024KB.

split係跟個cue ....
個段有問題由eac rip出來個track, 已經用cuetools check過, 係對吾上accurip, 之後搵番隻碟, 用dbpoweramp cd rip重RIP

2. Drive cache audio data
光碟機可以暫存音樂資料
雖然光碟機有 cache，但是一般這是用在讀取資料光碟的時候使用。當讀取音軌的時候，如果光碟機也會暫存音軌的資料，那麼當 EAC 反覆抓軌重複比對資料的時候，反覆從光碟機中讀出來的資料都是 cache 裡相同的資料，實際上光碟機並沒有真正重讀，這樣就會影響 EAC 判讀抓軌是否正確的正確性。
所以這是一個不好的功能，中文翻譯翻譯為「光碟機會暫存音樂資料!」這樣比較好，才不會讓人望文生義產生誤會。
如果你的光碟機也會暫存音樂資料，勾選這個選項，那麼 EAC 在重複抓軌比對的時候就會每次抓軌都重設清除一次 cache 裡面的資料，這樣會嚴重影響抓音軌的速度。
所以這個選項不要亂設。

但套入EAC係應該
Drive cache audio data tick Yes
令EAC當個drive識cache audio, 就會用佢個routine防上load from buffer.
In order for secure mode to work properly, every read request made by EAC must cause the drive to seek data from the CD. If your drive caches audio, subsequent requests for the same data may result in the drive only fetching this data from its buffer, rather than from the physical disc. To prevent this from happening, EAC has a routine to ensure previously requested data gets flushed from drive's cache. This is done by having the drive read extra data from the disc—more data than the cache can store.
If the "Detect Read Features..." function reports "Caching : Yes", it is important that you enable the cache flushing routine by checking the "Drive caches audio data" box.

佢冇講錯呀...
勾選這個選項，那麼 EAC 在重複抓軌比對的時候就會每次抓軌都重設清除一次 cache 裡面的資料
咪就係你上文自己都識講既防止load from buffer 囉...
不如咁啦, 你信我一次
跟足我setting rip一次
睇下對唔對到accuraterip...
如果dbpoweramp對到我好有信心會對到囉...

用EAC CD RIP好麻煩, 每次RIP完整軌要用虛擬光盤LOAD入, 再用SONY MEDIA GO搵META同相... 無DBP 一TAKE過甘方便同準...
所以我講過EAC只會補鑊個陣先用...
同埋有比較下, 覺得EAC會"求其"左的, 佢RIP碟好快, 大約用1/3或1/2 DBP CD RIP既時間

我個人睇法
dbpoweramp個log既資料冇EAC / XLD咁齊 (冇TOC, 冇PEAK), 係achieving purpose黎講一定 < EAC / XLD
準唔準就好難比較, 反正大家都對到accuraterip
我唔會話邊個一定準過邊個
但你本身EAC set錯去推論dbpoweramp > EAC就...
我個人亦唔建議range rip, 靠個cue split = 多一重工序 = 多一個機會screw up something
