It probably needs to boot up something first, similar to BIOS POST in PC.
If you try a Sony, it takes a minute for the whole power on sequence - as with any other Android device.

Yes, DX700H looks fine to me.Lower models seem to be not as good.

To be clear, Sony TV wakeup from standby is reasonably fast, just a little slower than turning on the screen of your Android phone after it has already been booted up.
The time-consuming boot up refers to the real power on sequence (not from wakeup) - just like powering on the Android phone.
I just measured the boot up time of 49X8300C: from no power to having TV video, it takes roughly 45 seconds.

when you think of it as a tv, it may take a long to power on the tv.but treating as an android device, it is acceptable.
