My Onkyo amp can only set frequencies for the speakers but not "Large" or "Small"
After EQ auto setting, it recommends to have full band.....

i m sure not to use full band in your case becasue the av amp will send the signal as full band ,means the low bass will send too , since your av amp have not enough power , will have worst result . set 80 or higher , let the woofer handle becasue woofer have good enough power inside to handle the bass and the front will be more easy to push for the less signal .
