That is auto update. When you put your disc to ps3, it will ask you to update....
You can set when you first created your player, but now I think we cant change the playing minutes, unless you create a new player again.... can you?

因為我之前個roaster搞過lakers, 換咗姚明, 易建聯, pippen入去, 最重要係整咗個自己出黎, 全部99,
玩my player時, 連呢個roster都入咗湖人, 搞到lakers超強, my player個自己rating得56, 但另一個自己就係99, 仲場場20分, 10.x rebound, 9.x個assist, 3.x block, 3.x steal... 感覺唔係太好
但係十二分鐘一場好似好長喎... 如果係8-10分鐘可能好d
My rating is 57 ja.... I still cannot get the stealing skills, can you teach me more?
I also suffer this issue too.... though I got the update on this sunday, after playing the games and that manage ...

其實都係好似大玩隅兄咁講, 預佢個passing lane, 跟著跳出去倫波
我通常打shoot guard位, point guard 係壺lo頂時, 對手通常係牛角位, 我就通常離對手一步, 引point guard交波比佢, 我就睇準時間跳出去, 但係呢個係好危險架, 因為偷唔到就會比人過, 扣分架...
我係屈開波果到 !
唔係場場得 ! 某D 垃圾隊 ... 得一個KEYMAN ...
你開波前頂住佢 ...咁AI 會傳俾其他人....
你等 2 秒左右.... 條傻佬會企定定等傳波....
呢個時候.... 就可以捕佢傳返專頭俾KEYMAN ....

I use the same method... sometimes i can, but the keyman will keep run in different directions, so at last i will lose the chance to steal the ball and deduct my grade.... sigh....
