But it is all dependent on the record company's original music recoding, instruments and master tape really, as like in the case of 華星 (Capitol Artist), the sound quality of Leslie Cheung and Anita Mui reissued albums on SACD or "better" formats somehow may not help much in sound quality, as the initial recording source/musical instrument of 華星 was not in good shape really and the sound of music/drum beats in Leslie/Anita old albums is so ashamedly outdated, cheesy and mono sounding, like cartoon's music{:6_186:}.
If Warner Music really wanted to put the sonic limits, and if the master tapes were in good condition, they should have released these 2 titles on SACD.
