as I don't like JAZZ music so far{:1_333:} , my guessing of "THE THREE BLIND MICE" implies like the mice usually sleeping daytime but enjoys working (finding food) and playing nighttime to avoid interaction (killing by human) with human freely (safety), blind may refer playing good music is by heart not by eye (great example STEVIE WONDER or JOSE FELICIANO or RAY CHARLES), so three blind mice combination is enough to play good hearty JAZZ music freely for those who concern and enjoy (just my guessing... don't FCUK me {:1_248:}if I am wrong la)
since not many people accept and like mice this kind of living creature, 1 mice on LOGO is barely acceptable, if putting 3 mice same time together may scare off some people (not buying) , so I guess... (again just wise guess, don't FCUK me {:1_347:}wor if I am always wrong again)

Running a successful and healthy business needs a very flexible and careful strategy in pricing:
for those like me not having their regular VIP membership yet (not accumulated spending to a certain amount), non-member and I also happy to see and get instant 15% off whatever available there (simple and easy, lesser dispute).
for those VIP member, since you already paid $80 entrance fee, to show extra appreciation you loyal to both AV show and Shun Cheong, so offering 5% extra on top your regular 10% VIP discount permanently (if they don't close down) is thoughtful because if you go there each day without free-pass, you also need to pay $80 x ? day, to enjoy this special offer,
Moreover, the demand and supply that you can only get 15% off on existing stock, while in their store you can get 10% on all items or even stock on order, so this is the most reasonable to win both non-member and member business ideally (of course our imperfect world has no perfect solution to please all people)
Another concern for successful business is to gain market share, or to keep the turnover (sales) really sell out stock for revenue (cash), as a sole distributor for overseas brand usually needs to promise a certain amount of sales figure (quota), so the seller must need to clear stock for CASH or REVENUE regardless of pricing, CASH can generate more $but STOCK cannot and cost $ to store and depreciate too
sometime some business BIG SALES generate lucrative revenue than daily business, so you will see many big business like to play this VIP big sales strategy like SOGO, CITYSUPER, WING ON, SINCERE, LANE CRAWFORD, JOYCE... to liquidate CASH for counting rather than keeping stock for cleaning dusts
again, just my thinking, if don't agree, please don't FCUK {:1_260:}me but ignore me {:1_263:}then, hehe
