Yes, you're right.
I should have said Lumin D1 cannot output USB audio to USB DAC.With coaxial output D1 can be used as a convenient network transport.(However, not many DAC can accept DoP DSD-over-PCM over coaxial so DSD playback may be restricted in a coaxial setup with some DAC.)
Another CHing here said adding LPS to D1 further improves it greatly.
