Connection of DAC

want to get help from C hing, my friend give me a DIY tube amp, and I want to put into my room to listen, I don;t have too much expectation on quality that I don;t want to spend too much to set it up. I want to use the existing DVD ROM to connected a DAC say those Mocha ($3xx???) by a USB, and then connected the tube Amp by RCA? is it OK??



1)DVD ROM --- (USB) --- DAC ---(RCA) --- Tube Amp??? right??

BTW, i also want to play my Apple computer song by this method, how to connect la?

Ching , DVD ROM 用 USB 直接駁 DAC , 個 DAC 應該 detect 唔到個 ROM 噃 !
有冇其他 Ching 可以再確定一吓 !

Why don't you use the computer as source (CAS)??

Computer>usb cable>DAC>rca cable>tube amp.......
