威X...我唔知係唔係新接手而唔知.
不過如果佢地都好緊持送修時要付額外錢, 我就覺好有問題.
又者威X包辨太多牌子了, 到底佢地靠唔靠得住ka?

呢啲事要廠方去解釋。一切視乎廠方與新代理嘅協議,無硬道理話新代理一定要無條件認投舊代理已賣嘅貨同維修。如果係新代理自己老作,亦唔見得廠方會辜息放過新代理。

有冇啲Arcam user group, user forum 之類嘅網呀,最好是英國的,上去表白吓,睇吓有冇人幫到你。或者多人上的英國hifi網都試吓喇!

有冇 FB ?
不過咁 Rader 代理修理差早就知了,雖然有自己修理中心,不過 naim 的 firmware 也不會upgrade 就真是.......

好多代理也是啦......
有D 比出面 C FU 去FIX, 有D就拖你9年, 有D 就亂收錢....但你說就咁入水貨死了就掉, 好像又唔得....

剛收到arcam母公司的 reply:
I spoke with the international sales team, they have just returned from Hong Kong and they have spoken with Radar and our warranties are now Valid. My apologies for the length of time this has taken but as they are new and just starting out with Arcam these procedures take time to get together, we are now satisfied they will deliver the service levels Arcam expects of its suppliers. If you return to them they should now be happy to help you.
