How About Marantz SR5009 + Marantz MM7025 or Marantz PM8005 still under 20K

No, CD to DAC use coaxial and then DAC connect to AV Amp. CD analogue input by RCA cable.

Yes, CD to DAC via coaxial. DAC to AV amp via RCA to the CD input. Or should in connect the DAC to the preout of AV Amp?

I don't think so, DAC should not connect to Pre-out of AV Amp.
